Will you travel?Absolutely! Any opportunity to travel while doing what we love is a dream come true. Additional travel costs will be included.

How do we book you for our wedding?Simply reach out via phone, email, or on our contact page! We'd love to discuss how to capture your wedding day in the way that's most meaningful to you, and we take great care ensuring your needs and preferences are met.

Can we get on a video call before we book with you?Yes, we encourage it! We like to sit down with every couple and chat about their needs and preferences and what things will look like on the day. We want every wedding film and collection of photos to accurately reflect each couple and speak to what makes them unique and special.

What equipment do you use?We use professional mirrorless cameras along with a wide range of professional lenses. We also bring our own professional audio and lightning equipment on the day to ensure everything is captured in the highest quality.

Do you have insurance?Yes! Let us know if you need our info.

What is your cancellation policy?We understand that sometimes plans can change, and we will do our very best to accommodate that. If you need to move or cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We can work with you to reschedule your wedding day, however our retainer fee is non-refundable if you decide to cancel.

Why should I invest in a wedding film?A wedding film captures the sights, sounds, and atmosphere of your day in a way that photos alone can't provide. It allows you to relive the special moments, speeches, and vows for years to come.

Will you use a drone?Yes! Our drone captures absolutely incredible footage and is included in all our video packages at no additional cost.

Do you use lights?We bring professional lighting equipment to every wedding. While usually not needed in most venues, it ensures we can capture everything in the highest quality.

Do you film elopements?Yes! We love creating elopement films due to how personal and couple-focused they can be. Feel free to contact us for package and pricing info.

How long will it take to receive my wedding film?We aim to deliver your wedding film within 4-6 weeks of the wedding day. However, this can vary depending on the complexity of the project and volume of footage captured.

Can we request revisions?Yes! We love getting feedback and want to make sure the final product accurately reflects you as a couple. Delivering your dream wedding film is our number one goal.

What about the special gift included in all your videography packages?We deliver it direct to your door at no additional cost. It's a surprise! ;)

How many photos do we get?While it depends on the package, on average we deliver 100+ photos for each hour spent on the day.

Do you offer engagements sessions?Yes! An engagement session is a great way to get to know you before the wedding. You can meet our team and get a feel for our shooting style. We'll deliver some amazing photos you can feature on save-the-date cards and showcase to family and friends on your wedding day.

When should we schedule our engagement session?Whenever you'd like! However, if you plan on using photos for save-the-date cards it's best to schedule several months in advance.

When will we receive our wedding photos?We aim to deliver your full suite of edited photos within 6 weeks of your wedding day. However, that can vary depending on the complexity of the project and volume of photos.
