4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All photos and videos created by Bloom Digital remain our intellectual property. We grant you a license to use the final, edited images and videos for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Usage Rights: We reserve the right to use the photos and videos for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability

Service Delivery: While we strive to deliver the highest quality services, Bloom Digital is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may impact the quality or delivery of our services, such as equipment failure, weather conditions, or other acts beyond our control.

Event Changes: We are not liable for any changes to the event schedule or location that impact our ability to provide services.
6. Termination

Mutual Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches these Terms or the service agreement. In the event of termination, you may be responsible for any outstanding payments.
